A hard reset, also known as a factory reset, will delete all information on a device and restore the software back to it’s original manufacturer settings. - Can’t hear
- Can’t make or receive calls
- Sync issues
- Sound issues
Ensure that your Apple iPhone 6s Plus is turned on by pressing the power button.
Open the phone and from the Home Screen select the Settings app.
In the Settings menu tap on the General tab.
From the General menu select the Reset
Once in the Reset menu find and select “Erase All Content and Settings”
Select the “Erase iPhone” to confirm reset your device.
If prompted, enter your password to finalize the reset.
Congratulations! The device has been restored to factory defaults.
