How do I identify my Bose Over-Ear headphone?
Open the Bose app, tap the Settings icon, then Technical Info. Products on the older Bose Connect or Bose Music app show it under Settings, then Product Info.
On over-ear models the 17-digit serial number is inside the earcup, under the inner fabric; on-ear models print a 4-digit code on the headband; for earbuds, check inside the charging case lid.
